Notes

'Sydney' peony (Paeonia 'Sydney') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Pink flowers have darker pink veining and turn white after 5 or 6 days. The stems are strong and carry one bud each.

Pairs well with Picture tulip, Sedge, and Limelight hydrangea.
