Notes

'Teutonia' Chinese dogwood (Cornus kousa 'Teutonia') is a tree for borders, specimen planting, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It blooms in early to late spring and draws bees and birds. It sits low on the menu for deer. It grows slowly, so give it time and space to fill out.

Pairs well with Autumn fern, Queen of Night tulip, and Shasta daisy.
