Notes

'The Mighty Mo' peony (Paeonia 'The Mighty Mo') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It grows tall and bears fragrant, velvety, bright red double blooms that last a long time when cut. Gilbert H. Wild & Son bred it. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Stella de Oro daylily, Liberty hosta, and Little bluestem.
