Notes
'Three Cheers' vine maple (Acer circinatum 'Three Cheers') is a tree for small gardens, specimen planting, and wildlife gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average moisture. It grows 10 to 15 feet tall and 6 to 10 feet wide with a narrow, upright form that needs little pruning. Leaves turn yellow, orange, and red in fall. Bees visit the spring flowers, and birds eat the seeds.
Pairs well with Autumn fern, Ostrich fern, and Coralbells.
