Notes

'Tian Lan' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Tian Lan') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant, semi-double pink flowers fade to white at the petal edges and bloom in mid to late spring. The flowers reach about 7.9 inches across, and the plant grows upright to about 39 inches tall.

Pairs well with September Charm anemone, Blue Mouse Ears hosta, and Stargazer lily.
