Notes

'Top of the Bill' rose (Rosa 'Top of the Bill') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Deep pink, fragrant flowers appear in late spring, again from early to late summer, and in early autumn. Bees visit the blooms, and the dark green leaves set off the color well.

Pairs well with Smooth hydrangea, Niobe clematis, Japanese forest grass, and Spurge.
