Notes

'Town Talk' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Town Talk') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The full double blooms are light pink with a deep yellow center and can reach 9 inches across. Strong stems hold the large flowers erect. Eugene H. Lins bred it.

Pairs well with Brown-eyed Susan, Royal fern, and Spotted joe-pye weed.
