Notes

'Triumph' peony (Paeonia 'Triumph') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears fragrant, crinkled, single red blooms that attract bees and butterflies. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with White Feather hosta, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Carlton daffodil.
