Notes

'Utopia' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Utopia') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The single flowers are light apple-blossom pink with dark red carpels and stems. They open wide and reach six inches across on a dwarf, compact plant. Kelway bred it.

Pairs well with August Moon hosta, Goldsturm black-eyed Susan, and Cheerfulness daffodil.
