Notes

'Victory' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Victory') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The full double white flowers open deep ivory with pink tones toward the center in late spring. Strong stems hold the blooms well, and the dark-green foliage looks good all season. Thompson bred it.

Pairs well with False Solomon's seal, Spanish bluebell, and Blue sage.
