Notes

'Weatherball 90' 90 peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Weatherball 90') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The full double, globular flowers blend cream, salmon-pink, and pink, and they open in early to mid spring. Strong, straight stems hold the blooms 36 to 40 inches high. Eugene H. Lins bred it.

Pairs well with Smooth hydrangea, Spanish bluebell, and Sensitive fern.
