Notes

'Wendy Walsh' peony (Paeonia 'Wendy Walsh') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Single orange flowers flushed with peach bloom in early to late spring and attract butterflies. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. The plant grows to about 5 feet on erect woody stems.

Pairs well with Weigela, Elegans hosta, Greig's tulip, and Arabella clematis.
