Notes

'White Chiffon' rose of sharon (Hibiscus syriacus 'White Chiffon') is a shrub for borders, hedges, pollinator gardens, and low maintenance beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet soil of most types. Deer tend to browse other plants first. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit it, and it grows at a rapid rate. It also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Fourwing saltbush, Pittosporum, Casa Blanca lily, and Yellow iris.
