Notes

White honeysuckle (Lonicera albiflora) is a shrub for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Fragrant white flowers open in spring and again in autumn, and orange-red berries follow. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit it. The branches can twine, so give them room to spread.

Pairs well with Wax myrtle, Tickseed, and Fountain grass.
