Notes

'White Knight' peony (Paeonia 'White Knight') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Donald Robert Smith bred it. The fragrant, semi-double to double flowers open light yellow with pink shading and fade to near white. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Golden Tiara hosta, Black Hero tulip, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
