White Pearl simple-stemmed bugbane

Garden uses

Notes

'White Pearl' simple-stemmed bugbane (Actaea simplex 'White Pearl') is a perennial for borders and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun. It grows 48 to 72 inches tall and spreads 24 to 36 inches, so give it room at the back of a border. Its height makes it a good backdrop for shorter plants.

Pairs well with Elegans hosta, Bowl of Beauty peony, and Snowdrop.
