Notes

'White Rose of Sharon' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'White Rose of Sharon') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The single white flowers open in early summer. Each bloom has reflexed petals around a tuft of bright yellow petaloids. Kelway bred it.

Pairs well with Lady's mantle, Miss Kim lilac, Sensitive fern, and Cheerfulness daffodil.
