Notes

'Wickwar' rose (Rosa 'Wickwar') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, hedges, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its tall, arching canes are armed with thorns, so plant it where you will not brush against it. White, fragrant flowers draw butterflies and bees in late spring and summer. Keith Steadman bred it.

Pairs well with Boxwood, Casa Blanca lily, Jackmanii clematis, and Patriot hosta.
