Notes

'Williston' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Williston') is a perennial for borders, cut flower gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears large, double white flowers in a rose formation. The stems are extra strong, so the blooms hold up well. Ernest Flint Kelsey bred it.

Pairs well with Ice plant, Sedge, and Scentara Double Blue lilac.
