Notes
'Wonderous Palette' peony (Paeonia 'Wonderous Palette') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, semi-double blooms are light yellow or cream with pink flares that give a rosy glow, and the plant stands 30 inches tall without support. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Roger F. Anderson bred it.
Pairs well with Royal Standard hosta, Black Hero tulip, and Blue grama.
