Notes

'Wonderous Ruffles' peony (Paeonia 'Wonderous Ruffles') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The single blooms are pale pink, fade to ivory at the ruffled edges, and carry bold pink flares. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Upright stems need no support.

Pairs well with Fire Island hosta, Prairie dropseed, and Black Hero tulip.
