Notes

'Yangyan Feiyun' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Yangyan Feiyun') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Pink, fragrant, semi-double flowers open in mid to late spring and face upward. Plants reach about 35 inches tall and stand upright, so they need no support. New foliage emerges purplish-red.

Pairs well with Dog's tooth violet, Sensitive fern, and Grape hyacinth.
