'Yuxiudiancang' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Yuxiudiancang') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Large, fragrant, double white flowers open in late spring. The buds start bright green, and the petals open yellowish green before turning milky white. This upright shrub needs no support.

Pairs well with First Frost hosta, Spiderwort, and Stargazer lily.
