Notes
'Zhe Lin Zi' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Zhe Lin Zi') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant pink semi-double flowers open in mid to late spring. The blooms face upward and measure 5 to 6 inches across. The spreading plants benefit from support, so stake them early.
Pairs well with Blue sage, Ostrich fern, and Pearly everlasting.
