Notes

'Zorania' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Zorania') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Kelway bred it in 1889. Cut a few stems for a vase and enjoy the blooms indoors.

Pairs well with Dancing Queen hosta, Green Spice coral bells, and Prairie dropseed.
