Notes

'Abalone Pink' peony (Paeonia 'Abalone Pink') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. The big, pale pink blooms are fragrant and attract butterflies and bees. William Henry Krekler bred it in 1979.

Pairs well with Moonshine yarrow, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Polish Spirit clematis.
