Notes
'Alaina' clematis (Clematis 'Alaina') is a vine for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The deep pink blooms have darker stripes and age to lighter shades. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers.
