Notes

'Alaska' grape hyacinth (Muscari 'Alaska') is a bulb for borders, containers, rock gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It blooms in early to late spring and attracts butterflies and bees. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Greig's tulip, Blue fescue, and Obsidian coral bells.
