Notes
'Amazing Design' peony (Paeonia 'Amazing Design') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant double flowers are cream and light pink with seashell-pink flares, and the upright stems need no support. Bees and butterflies visit the blooms, and Swenson Gardens bred it. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by.
Pairs well with Stella de Oro daylily, Empress Wu hosta, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
