Notes

'Amazing Grace' moss phlox (Phlox subulata 'Amazing Grace') is a perennial for rock gardens, borders, ground cover, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 2, or down to -50°F (-46°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It blooms in early to late spring, and the evergreen foliage stays on the plant through winter. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit the flowers. Deer tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Perennial candytuft, Gold dust, Bressingham Ruby bergenia, and Red fescue.
