Notes

'Ambrosia' peony (Paeonia 'Ambrosia') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Frilled pink double flowers fade to light pink and smell sweet. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Joshua Scholten bred it, and it stands upright without support.

Pairs well with White Feather hosta, Phantom panicle hydrangea, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
