Notes

'Angelic Lilac' peony (Paeonia 'Angelic Lilac') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. The fragrant lavender flowers are semi-double, face upward, and attract bees and butterflies. The upright stems need no support.

Pairs well with Curly Fries hosta, Moonshine yarrow, and Western sword fern.
