Notes

'Ann Zahller' peony (Paeonia 'Ann Zahller') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, semi-double flowers open deep pink with a cushion of yellow stamens and age to lighter pink. Bees and butterflies visit the blooms. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits.

Pairs well with Hosta, Dittany, Charles Joly lilac, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
