Notes

'Artemis' peony (Paeonia 'Artemis') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It bears single, creamy pink flowers that smell sweet, and bees and butterflies visit them. Nassos Daphnis bred it.

Pairs well with Sum and Substance hosta, Blue fescue, Clematis, and Carnaval De Nice tulip.
