Notes

Bebb's sedge (Carex bebbii) is a grass for rain gardens, pond edges, and wet meadows. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and moist to wet soil. It bears its blooms in early to mid summer. The foliage stays green, so it makes a soft, grassy edge in wet spots.

Pairs well with Royal fern, Stiff goldenrod, and Hosta.
