Notes

'Bedazzled Lavender' moss phlox (Phlox subulata 'Bedazzled Lavender') is a perennial for borders, rock gardens, ground cover, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It forms a creeping mat that spreads at a moderate pace. Lavender flowers open from early to late spring and attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Deer rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Paris coral bells, Gladiator ornamental onion, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Carnaval De Nice tulip.
