Notes
'Betty’s Snowdrift' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Betty’s Snowdrift') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its double white flowers are ball shaped and about 6 in. across. The strong stems hold the blooms well, and the foliage is a good dark green.
Pairs well with Siberian squill, Prairie dropseed, Christmas fern, and Brown-eyed Susan.
