Notes

'Big Top' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Big Top') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double white blooms have a tufted center and open in late spring. The plants grow tall, so they make a majestic show at the back of a bed. R.H. Jones bred it.

Pairs well with Arizona Sun blanket flower, Sedge, and Black Hero tulip.
