Notes

'Blue Ravine' clematis (Clematis 'Blue Ravine') is a vine for containers, cottage gardens, specimens, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. Large soft violet flowers with darker veins open in spring, summer, and autumn. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Prune it as a group 2 clematis.

Pairs well with Green Spice coral bells, Jeana garden phlox, and Paperbark maple.
