'Bollywood' rhododendron (Rhododendron 'Bollywood') is a shrub for border, specimen, shade garden, and woodland uses. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It blooms from early to late spring, and hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the flowers. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. This shrub stays evergreen through winter.
Pairs well with Red trillium, Western sword fern, and Yellow trout-lily.
