Notes

'Botex 011' 011 butterfly bush (Buddleja davidii 'Botex 011') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows fast and has an arching shape. Fragrant flowers appear in summer and again in autumn, and they draw butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Black Baccara rose, and Ornamental onion.
