Notes

'Buzz Magenta' butterfly bush (Buddleja davidii 'Buzz Magenta') is a shrub for borders, pollinator gardens, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its arching stems bring fragrant blooms in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Magnus coneflower, Anise hyssop, and Feather reed grass.
