Notes

'Blue Knight' butterfly bush (Buddleja davidii 'Blue Knight') is a shrub for borders, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its arching stems grow quickly and bear fragrant flowers that attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Deer tend to pass it by. It also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Magnus coneflower, Stonecrop, and Feather reed grass.
