Notes
'Bright Lights' cosmos (Cosmos sulphureus 'Bright Lights') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows fast into a clump of orange and gold blooms that attract butterflies and bees. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. Cut a few stems for bouquets.
Pairs well with Black-eyed Susan, Sunrich Gold sunflower, and Red fescue.
