Notes
'Buzz Magenta Improved' butterfly bush (Buddleja davidii 'Buzz Magenta Improved') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Fragrant blooms open from early to late summer and again from early to late autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit it. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.
Pairs well with Coneflower, Anise hyssop, and Feather reed grass.
