Notes
'Calliope Medium' crane's-bill (Geranium 'Calliope Medium') is a perennial for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late summer, and butterflies visit the flowers. It also tolerates drought.
Pairs well with Cheyenne Spirit echinacea, Blue fescue, and Duchesse de Nemours peony.
