Notes

'Cameleon' ornamental onion (Allium 'Cameleon') is a bulb for borders, containers, rock gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average, sandy or loamy soil. The fragrant flowers open white and fade to pink, and they attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Wayne Roderick bred it.

Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Cheyenne Spirit echinacea, and Blue grama.
