Notes

'Casblue' blue fescue (Festuca glauca 'Casblue') is a clumping grass for borders, rock gardens, and foundation plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It is drought tolerant once settled in, and butterflies visit it. It blooms in spring and again in summer. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Creeping thyme, Lily, and Karl Rosenfield peony.
