Notes

'Chintz' thyme (Thymus 'Chintz') is a perennial for borders, rock gardens, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy or loamy soil. It is drought tolerant, fragrant, and evergreen. Butterflies and bees visit the blooms from early to late summer. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Woolly yarrow, Blue-eyed grass, and Feather reed grass.
