Notes
'Corinne Wersan' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Corinne Wersan') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large white double blooms open in mid to late spring and early summer. A small cupped center of palest pink lights up the petals. Strong stems reach about 30 inches tall and are well clothed to the base.
Pairs well with Goldsturm black-eyed Susan, Spanish bluebell, and Ostrich fern.
